Mechanical welding

We have a team of boilermaker-welders qualified to EN ISO 9606-1.

We manufacture welded metal structures, sheet metal and boilerwork assemblies in steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
Our staff are trained in the manufacture of both thin and thick mechanically-welded assemblies, thanks to our TIG, MIG-PULSE and ARC machines.
Our expertise in this field enables us to guarantee the geometries requested, validated in advance with our methods department.
Historically, Lemercier-Anjou has specialized in the subcontracting of special machine components for industry, whether in single, small or medium production runs.

Lemercier-Anjou can meet your needs in terms of dimensions and quantities, thanks to the versatility of our staff and the adaptability of our workshop.

At Lemercier-Anjou, 100% of the machines are CNC-controlled. Programming is carried out on CAD/CAM (Heidenhain) and connected to each machine. Our NC machine park enables us to produce parts with high dimensional requirements, whether in single, small or medium production runs.
Our qualified staff put their skills at your service (blueprint reading, surfacing, straightening, boring, fitting, clamping), right from the consultation phase.

CNC MILLING

  • Three high-capacity 3-axis CNC milling machines
    • Travels: X=4000mm Y=1200mm Z=1000mm
    • Travels: X=2000mm Y=700mm Z=840mm
    • Travels: X=2100mm Y=600mm Z=600mm (pendulum possible with travel in X = 800mm)
    • They are ideal for machining large workpieces. (Up to 8 meters with displacement tooling)
  • 1 high-capacity 4-axis CNC milling machine
    • Travels: X=4300mm Y=1000mm Z=1980mm
    • It can machine large parts up to 8m and 3.2 tonnes with its fixed table.
  • 1 5-axis CNC milling machine
    • Courses : X=1800mm Y=2000mm Z=1100mm

Allows machining of complex parts with high dimensional requirements.

CNC BORE

One CNC boring machine:

  • Strokes: X=2200mm Y=1600mm Z=1600mm
  • This boring machine is equipped with a rotary table (fourth continuous axis or 0.001° table indexing), enabling the machining of multi-faceted mechanically welded parts without having to unclamp the parts, thus ensuring correct geometry.

DRILLING

The drilling station is optimized with a CNC machine.
Easy to use, it increases quality while lowering costs. We master tracing, grinding, tapping and pointing.

CNC LATHE

  • Two CNC lathes
    • CMZ 2-axis :
      • Up to Ø80 – 2000 machinable length
      • Above Ø80 up to Ø420 – 1000 machinable length
      • Radial drilling of your parts possible
    • SOMAB 2 axes :
      • Up to Ø50 – 1500 machinable length
      • Above Ø50 up to Ø400 – 900 machinable length.

Assembly

For complete sub-assemblies, we have an assembly hall equipped with an overhead crane and all the tools required for mechanical and hydraulic assembly.
