Organization and Heritage
Since its creation, Groupe Louis has been built on a family and entrepreneurial culture. Currently co-led by René and Patricia Louis, 4th generation brother and sister, in 2016 the group welcomed Dylan Richet, Patricia Louis’ son-in-law, who joined them as Managing Director.
Purpose and Guiding Principles
We aspire to listen to and integrate the vision of the field into the realization of our projects, allowing moments of reflection to align our actions. The constant search for improvement in our methods and tools, as well as the progressive integration of a sustainable environment into our daily lives, are at the heart of our commitments.
We consider the smooth running of the collective as a duty and a resource for everyone. Cross-functional bodies facilitate the sharing of keys to success, the implementation of common practices for greater efficiency, and the promotion of listening and diversity.
Management Committees and Bodies
Groupe Louis is governed by a number of different groups, with cross-functional leadership at all levels of the company. This approach encourages broad, diversified participation by all employees.
The entity directors’ committee, which brings together the heads of the various entities several times a year, is a key forum for sharing best practices and discussing Group projects.
